FMTUBL17 is a turbo blanket designed specifically for a perfect fit on the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S with a non-hybrid powertrain. The blanket retains heat from the turbocharger, thereby reducing temperatures in the engine bay, so surrounding components are less exposed to heat. This includes cooling and electrical components, as well as the overall air temperature, which can positively affect the intake system by reducing intake air temperature (IAT).

The design is made for use in demanding conditions and has been tested at temperatures of up to 1370 °C (2500 °F) of radiant heat. It therefore helps protect engine components and extend their service life. The construction retains exhaust gas heat in the hot side of the turbocharger and away from the cold side and intake path, which helps reduce turbo lag and intake air temperature and can improve performance.

Suitable for: Suzuki Swift VI (ZD/ZC).
