Forge Motorsport turbocharger actuator for Vauxhall Astra V-H 2.0T K04

Replacement turbocharger actuator for the Vauxhall Astra SRi/GSi/VXR with the Z20 engine and K04 turbocharger. It enables more precise adjustment and control of boost pressure, providing improved turbocharger response and control.

The actuator is made from 6026-grade aluminium, while the actuator rod is made from 303-grade stainless steel. A standard spring is fitted, suitable for factory boost pressure or a slightly higher setting. A stronger spring is also available for modified vehicles, but its selection must be matched to the engine, turbocharger and engine management.

Diaphragm sealing is the standard version, while piston sealing is also available. The piston version offers comparable performance and less maintenance thanks to the durable seal system construction.

On modern engines where boost pressure is controlled by the ECU and a solenoid valve, the mechanical spring rating does not necessarily correspond to the same target boost pressure. If you are unsure about the correct spring selection or the planned level of modification, have the choice checked by a qualified tuner. The engine management must be capable of correctly controlling the desired boost pressure setting.

The kit includes:
1 × FMACAVXR actuator

To use the FMPACTUN spring kit, Diaphragm Type 2, 049 must be selected. The actuator is supplied with a factory spring as standard.
