Forge Motorsport turbocharger actuators for Porsche 911/930 Turbo 993

Pair of replacement actuators for the Porsche 993 turbo engine. The actuators use an improved design to eliminate common failures of the original actuators and are supplied with installation-ready brackets.

The fitted springs are suitable for factory boost pressure or slightly higher levels. Additional springs are available for custom adjustment. The actuator allows more precise adjustment and control of boost pressure, which can improve turbocharger response and control.

The diaphragm-sealed interior is the standard version of this actuator. A piston interior version is also available, providing comparable performance and less maintenance thanks to its durable piston design.

The actuator is supplied as standard with a standard spring. To use the FMPACTUN spring kit, the Diaphragm Type 2, 049 version must be selected.

All actuator rods are made from 303-grade stainless steel.

The listed spring pressures according to the colour markings refer only to mechanical operation and are mainly relevant to older turbocharged engines without ECU or solenoid valve control. On modern engines with ECU and solenoid valve control, the mechanical spring specification does not necessarily correspond to the target boost pressure. The specific vehicle and planned level of modification must be considered when selecting the spring.

The FMAS049 kit is intended for the T2 spring series.
