Forge Motorsport turbocharger heat shield for Suzuki Swift Sport Hybrid ZC33S

Forge Motorsport FMTUBL19 is specifically designed as a turbocharger heat shield for the Suzuki Swift Sport Hybrid ZC33S with the K14D engine. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original heat shield and has an increased coverage area for more effective heat retention.

The original turbocharger or exhaust heat shield on the hybrid Swift Sport does not provide optimum protection. With its larger coverage area, the FMTUBL19 keeps residual heat away from surrounding components that need to remain cool.

The shield is suitable for both track use and daily driving. It helps retain turbocharger heat and thereby reduce the temperature in the engine bay, which can have a positive effect on the temperature of the coolant, electrical components and air in the engine bay and consequently on intake air temperature.

The design is intended for the most demanding conditions and has been tested for up to 1370 °C (2500 °F) radiant heat. This helps protect and extend the service life of engine components. Keeping exhaust gases and heat on the hot side of the turbocharger away from the cold side and intake path can contribute to lower turbo lag, lower intake air temperature and increased performance.
