This third-generation intake system from the HF-Series is the result of many years of experience and continuous development. The entire intake system is manufactured from carbon, providing very high tensile strength and rigidity. It can withstand 4 times the load of aluminium, is resistant to vibration and gas- and pressure-tight – making it ideal for supplying fresh air.
New feature: the air filter is positioned transversely to the direction of airflow. This ensures that the maximum possible air mass can be drawn in. Development was carried out entirely using 3D scanning and flow simulations. This made it possible to create optimum capability and performance combined with an unmistakable induction sound.
The HFI Carbon Air Intake Kit is suitable for the 2.0 TDI engine with Euro 6 emissions classification. It is suitable for both standard vehicles and vehicles with increased engine power. This intake kit replaces the complete original air filter housing, including the collector in the radiator support.
Pipercross filter: airflow of 503.1 cfm
For maximum performance, we recommend adding the supplementary air guide plate.

Note: On vehicles with auxiliary heating, the product is only suitable after modifying the auxiliary-heater lines at the radiator support. Plug-and-play installation is not possible.
