HG Motorsport boost pipe for VAG 1.8–2.0 T(F)SI, Audi A3 8P, 63 mm

This aluminium boost pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body for all listed 1.8–2.0 TSI Euro 4/5 models on the PQ35/1K platform replaces the original hard-plastic part. The larger 63 mm pipe diameter, combined with the flow-optimised design, provides increased air flow. This version does not have a connection for the sound amplifier.

Another advantage is that the standard part is made from a plastic pipe. Over time, exposure to temperature and pressure causes the material to become brittle and crack. This can result in broken connections or burst boost pipes. This is not only inconvenient because of the failure, but also poses a major risk to the turbocharger and engine.

Thanks to these properties, the product is also ideally suited to modified vehicles with increased power. The boost pipe is compatible with the original intercooler hoses and with our SF-Hoses silicone hoses.
