HG Motorsport boost pipe with sound amplifier connection for VAG 1.8–2.0 T(F)SI

This aluminium boost pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body is designed for all listed 1.8–2.0 TSI Euro 4/5 models on the PQ35/1K platform and replaces the original hard-plastic part. The larger 63 mm pipe diameter, combined with the flow-optimised design, ensures increased airflow.

Another advantage is that the standard part is made from plastic. Over time, and under the influence of temperature and pressure, the material can become brittle and crack. This can lead to broken connections or split boost pipes. This is not only inconvenient because of the failure, but also poses a significant risk to the turbocharger and engine.

Thanks to these properties, the product is also ideally suited to performance-tuned vehicles. The boost pipe is compatible with the original intercooler hoses and with our SF-Hoses silicone hoses.
