This charge pipe is a popular performance product in all areas of motorsport. The high-performance boost pipe for BMW is installed as a direct replacement for the original part. The standard part is made from a thin-walled plastic pipe. Under the effects of time, temperature and pressure, the material becomes very brittle and develops cracks. This can result in broken connections or burst boost pipes. This is not only inconvenient due to the failure, but also presents a major risk to the turbocharger and engine.
The HF-Series charge pipe is an aluminium pipe with CNC-machined flanges and no restrictions. Its flow is optimised and it is manufactured with a 76 mm diameter. Airflow is maximised and flow characteristics are improved. This provides an excellent basis for maximum performance, earlier response and increased durability.
