HG Motorsport turbo outlet pipe for 2.0 TDI MQB (Golf 7 GTD, Audi A3 8V)

The turbo outlet is fitted directly to the turbocharger outlet, on the pressurised fresh-air side. The original outlet, or turbocharger silencer, is fitted at the factory to reduce noise and turbo acoustics, at the expense of flow rate and response.

The HF-Series Turbo Outlet eliminates the silencer. Its revised design prevents the turbulence found in the original part and noticeably improves turbocharger response. This allows the air to reach the intercooler through an optimal, smooth flow path. The result is higher peak power and improved response.

This turbo outlet was developed using state-of-the-art flow simulations and calculations. The connection diameters were calculated as part of this development to ensure maximum flow and optimum airflow.

Installation is plug and play, replacing the original part. The TDI turbo outlet is supplied with a parts certificate for straightforward registration of the modification, prepared and verified by TÜV Süd.

Suitable for: Audi A3 III (8V), VW Golf VII (5G1).
