Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) for 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.4 engines

Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) is a plug-in tuning module developed specifically for the latest 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.4 engine, which has been fitted to various Volkswagen, Audi, Cupra and Škoda models since 2024. It provides a significant performance increase while retaining the engine’s refined character during everyday driving.

Unlike permanent engine control unit remapping, PCM is a plug-in device that works together with the factory engine management system. It adjusts key sensor signals, thereby increasing boost pressure and fuel delivery without permanently changing the factory software.

Vehicle impact

PCM was developed and tested on real vehicles to improve power and torque without negatively affecting driving characteristics. The result is sharper response and better acceleration, while the vehicle retains the refined feel of a standard car during everyday driving.

PCM version VWR030003-GAR is intended for vehicles with a 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.4 engine and Garrett turbocharger in the 265 hp specification. Before installation, check that your vehicle has the correct engine and turbocharger version.

Installation

Installation is relatively straightforward with basic mechanical knowledge. The unit is mounted above the battery on the supplied carbon fibre bracket, while the wiring loom connects directly to the existing sensors on the upper part of the engine. No cutting, wire splicing or ECU programming is required.
