Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) – Audi RS6/RS7 C8 4.0 TFSI V8

Racingline Power Control Module (PCM) is a plug-in tuning module developed specifically for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C8) with the 4.0 TFSI V8 engine. It enables increased power and torque without a conventional engine control unit (ECU) remap, while also being fully removable.

PCM was developed in-house by Racingline’s calibration team and tested over an extended period. The settings are designed so that the performance increase remains within safe operating limits.

How PCM works

PCM uses a standalone printed circuit board (PCB) that communicates directly with the factory engine control unit. Instead of modifying the ECU software, the module intelligently adjusts key signals, allowing the engine to safely produce more power and torque.

As the ECU software is not permanently modified, the unit can be removed at any time and the vehicle returned to its original factory condition.

Performance gains

For Audi RS6 C8 and RS7 C8 models with an integrated GPF, a 4.0 TFSI engine and standard power of 600 hp, PCM provides the following figures:

• Power: from 600 hp to 689 hp
• Torque: from 800 Nm (590 lb/ft) to 934 Nm (689 lb/ft)

The result is sharper throttle response, stronger acceleration through the mid-range and more pronounced pull at higher revs, while retaining the characteristic refined driving feel of the RS6 and RS7 models.

PCM was developed specifically for the Audi RS6 C8 and Audi RS7 C8 with the 4.0 TFSI V8 engine, GPF particulate filter and standard power of 600 hp.
