Ultra Racing adjustable rear strut brace for Volvo S40 II

The vehicle chassis is subjected to heavy loads during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of body weight.

When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other side. This causes the bodywork to twist and flex, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The brace connects the mounting points and helps reduce unwanted body movement.

The product is intended for Volvo S40 II vehicles with a 2.0T or 2.4 engine, 2WD, and, for the 2.4 version, also the facelift variant.
