The vehicle’s chassis or body is subjected to high loads during fast driving, hard braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of body mass.
When driving through corners, mass transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This results in greater deformation and body flex, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.
Body flex when driving through corners can also cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing front fender brace helps further connect and reinforce the mounting area.
