Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Ford Fusion II/Mondeo IV

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

In certain situations, load transfer in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes significant chassis flex, or body deformation and torsional twisting, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while driving through a corner can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This is where the Ultra Racing brace comes into its own.
