The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.
When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other. This can result in significant bending and twisting of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Bending and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
The Ultra Racing front lower brace connects four mounting points and further stiffens the lower section of the chassis. Compatibility depends on the model, engine and drive type, so follow the specified vehicle version.
