Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Mercedes-Benz C-Class W203

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This results in significant chassis twisting, body deformation and torsional loads, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace is designed to reduce this deformation and improve the stiffness of the front section of the body.
