The Ultra Racing front strut brace is designed to reduce body flex and improve vehicle handling.
During fast driving, heavy braking and acceleration, the body is subjected to significant loads as the vehicle’s weight is redistributed. When cornering quickly, one side of the vehicle can experience up to three times more force than the other, causing the body to twist and deform, which consequently reduces tyre grip.
Body flex through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The brace helps increase the rigidity of the front section of the body and provides a more predictable vehicle response.
