Ultra Racing front strut brace for VW Passat B6/B7, Škoda Superb II, VW CC

The front strut brace connects the upper mounting points of the front dampers and helps reduce body flex during dynamic driving.

During fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, the vehicle body is subjected to considerable loads due to weight transfer. When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than the load on the other side, causing the body to bend and twist and potentially reducing tyre grip.

Excessive body flex can negatively affect vehicle handling, causing understeer and oversteer, among other effects. The Ultra Racing brace helps increase the stiffness of the front section of the body.
