The Ultra Racing 2-point front upper strut brace connects the upper strut mounts and helps reduce body flex and twisting during dynamic driving.
During fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, the vehicle body is subjected to high loads caused by weight transfer. When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to 3 times greater than the load on the other side, causing body twist and consequently reducing tyre grip.
Body twist can negatively affect handling, causing understeer and oversteer, among other effects. The brace helps increase the stiffness of the front section of the body and improve vehicle responsiveness.
