Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Honda CR-V I (RD1–RD3)

The vehicle body is subjected to high loads during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration due to vehicle weight transfer.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more heavily than the other. This results in body twisting and flexing, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Body twisting when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The front upper strut brace helps increase the stiffness of the front section of the body and limit its twisting.
