The Ultra Racing front upper strut brace connects the upper mounting points of the front dampers and helps limit body flex. This version has 2 mounting points.
When cornering quickly, braking hard and accelerating, the vehicle body is subjected to significant loads, mainly due to the transfer of body weight.
When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to 3 times greater than on the other. This causes the body to bend and twist, which can result in the tyres losing grip.
Body flex while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing strut brace helps reduce these undesirable effects by providing an additional connection between the upper mounting points of the front dampers.
Suitable for: Honda CR V II (RD4/RD5).
