During fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, the chassis is subjected to high loads caused by the transfer of the vehicle’s weight. When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other, which can lead to chassis twisting and flexing and consequently reduced tyre grip.
Chassis twisting while driving through corners can affect the vehicle’s handling and cause understeer and oversteer. The front upper strut brace connects the upper mounting points and helps increase the rigidity of the front section of the chassis.
The kit is intended for Hyundai Genesis Coupe/Rohens Coupe (BK) vehicles with a 2.0T engine, 2WD, left-hand drive (LHD) and a brake stopper.
