Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Hyundai Santa Fe II CM connects the upper mounting points of the front dampers and helps limit body twisting during dynamic driving. It is equipped with 2 mounting points.
During fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration, the vehicle body is subjected to high loads caused by weight transfer. When cornering, forces on one side of the vehicle can be up to 3 times greater than on the other, causing the body to bend and twist and consequently reducing tyre grip.
Chassis twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
