Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Hyundai Trajet I

A car’s chassis is the part of the vehicle most affected by the driver’s driving style. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, the transfer of mass can create up to three times more load on one side of the vehicle than on the other. This causes significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, resulting in a loss of tyre grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

Ultra Racing’s strut brace helps limit these loads on the chassis.
