Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Kia Picanto III (JA)

A car’s bodywork is subjected to heavy loads while driving, particularly due to weight transfer during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other side. This causes the bodywork to flex and twist, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Flexing and twisting of the chassis when driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The front upper strut brace helps increase the rigidity of this part of the bodywork.
