Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Volkswagen Passat B8 (3G) 1.8/2.0 TSI 2WD

The vehicle body is subjected to high loads during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of body weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This can cause the body to twist and flex, resulting in a loss of tyre grip.

Chassis flex during cornering can affect the vehicle’s handling and cause undesirable characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The front upper strut brace helps reduce flexing of the upper part of the body during dynamic driving.
