Ultra Racing front upper strut brace for Volkswagen Polo V (6R/6C)

The vehicle body is subjected to high loads during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of body weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to a force up to three times greater than the other. This results in the body bending and twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The brace helps increase the stiffness of the front part of the body and limit its twisting during dynamic driving.
