The 2-point front upper Ultra Racing strut brace is designed to reduce chassis flex and twisting during dynamic driving. It is attached at 2 points.
The vehicle’s chassis is subjected to heavy loads during fast cornering, hard braking or acceleration due to the transfer of body weight.
When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This causes greater flexing or deformation and twisting of the body, resulting in reduced tyre grip.
Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
This version is suitable only for the 2.0 TDI engine in the Volkswagen Sharan II (TYP 7N).
Suitable for: VW Sharan II (7N).
