Ultra Racing interior body brace for Kia Rio I

The Ultra Racing interior body brace is designed for the first-generation Kia Rio (DC). The brace has 2 mounting points.

The chassis is the part of the vehicle subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is mainly caused by the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or intense acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to loads up to 3 times greater than the other. This causes significant chassis twisting or body deformation, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
