Ultra Racing mid lower chassis brace for Citroen DS5 I

When driving at high speed, braking hard and accelerating, the vehicle chassis is subjected to heavy loads, mainly due to the transfer of the body’s weight.

When driving through corners, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other. This causes the chassis to twist and the bodywork to deform, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis flex while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer. The mid lower chassis brace helps increase body stiffness and limit flex.

The brace has 4 mounting points and is intended for Citroen DS5 I vehicles with a 1.6T engine and 2WD.
