Ultra Racing mid lower chassis brace for Mercedes-Benz CLS W218/X218 and E-Class W212/S212

The vehicle’s chassis or body is subjected to high loads caused by weight transfer when driving quickly through corners, braking hard and accelerating.

When cornering, the force on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other. This causes the chassis to twist or the body to deform, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis twisting when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing mid lower chassis brace further connects the suspension mounting points and helps limit this deformation.
