Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Alfa Romeo 164 I (168)

During fast driving, heavy braking and acceleration, the vehicle chassis is subjected to high loads caused by weight transfer through the body. The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps reduce chassis flex and body deformation.

When driving through corners, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This results in greater deformation and chassis flex, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis flex when driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The brace helps improve body rigidity and vehicle responsiveness.
