Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for BMW M3 E46

A car’s chassis is one of the most heavily loaded parts of the vehicle, as it is affected by shifts in the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When driving through a corner, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than the load on the other side. This can cause greater twisting and deformation of the chassis or body, resulting in a loss of tyre grip.

Twisting and deformation of the chassis when driving through a corner can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
