Ultra Racing UR 2-Point Rear Lower Brace is a rear lower chassis brace with 2 mounting points. It is designed to limit body flex and twisting during fast cornering, hard braking or acceleration.
The chassis is heavily loaded during dynamic driving due to the transfer of the body’s weight. When cornering, one side of the vehicle can experience up to 3 times more force than the other, causing greater chassis flex and twisting and consequently a loss of tyre grip.
Excessive chassis twisting can negatively affect vehicle handling, causing understeer or oversteer, among other effects. The brace helps increase the rigidity of the lower chassis section and improve the responsiveness of the body.
