Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Kia Rio I

The vehicle chassis is one of the most heavily loaded parts of a car, as it is affected by body mass transfer during fast cornering, heavy braking and hard acceleration.

When cornering, mass transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This causes significant deformation and twisting of the body or chassis, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps limit such body deformation during dynamic driving.
