Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Mercedes-Benz E-Class W210

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex, as well as body deformation and torsional twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flex during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This rear lower chassis brace is designed to increase the stiffness of the rear section of the vehicle.
