The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Mercedes-Benz R-Class W251 helps reduce body flex and twisting during dynamic driving, fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration.
When weight is transferred while driving through corners, one side of the vehicle can be loaded up to three times more than the other. This causes greater stress on the chassis and deformation of the body, which can result in the tyres losing grip.
Chassis twisting while driving through corners can cause less predictable handling, including understeer and oversteer. The brace is installed on the rear lower section of the chassis and secured to 4 mounting points.
Suitable for: Mercedes-Benz R-Class I (W251/V251).
