The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly evident when the body weight is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
In some cases, weight transfer when cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This results in significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Deformation and twisting of the chassis when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps reduce unwanted body twisting. The product has 2 mounting points.
Suitable for: Mitsubishi Pajero Sport III (KS).
