Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis during cornering can cause undesirable driving characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
