Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Porsche 911 (997)

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

In some cases, the transfer of mass while cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex as well as body deformation and twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace is designed to provide additional reinforcement for the rear section of the suspension.
