Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Suzuki Vitara I LY

A vehicle’s chassis is one of the most heavily loaded parts of the car, as it is affected by the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can cause significant bending, deformation and twisting of the chassis, resulting in a loss of tyre grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace is designed to provide additional support for this area of the body.
