Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Alfa Romeo 159

The vehicle body is subjected to significant loads, mainly due to weight transfer during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This results in greater body twisting and deformation, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Body twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This rear strut brace helps connect the rear suspension mounting points and reduce unwanted body movement.
