Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Honda Civic IX FB/Coupe (US version)

The vehicle body is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly evident when the body’s weight is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or sudden acceleration.

In certain situations, weight transfer when cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to as much as three times more force than the other. This results in greater body twisting and deformation, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear strut brace helps to further connect the mounting points and reduce unwanted body movement.
