Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Hyundai Coupe RD

The car body is the part subjected to the greatest stress during dynamic driving. This is particularly pronounced due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This can cause considerable body flex and vehicle deformation, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and flexing in corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear strut brace helps connect the rear suspension mounting points and increase body stiffness.
