Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Mazda 2 III (DJ) 1.5 2WD Sedan

The Ultra Racing two-point rear upper strut brace is designed for the Mazda 2 (DJ) 1.5 2WD Sedan. It attaches at 2 points.

The vehicle chassis is subjected to heavy loads during fast cornering, hard braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of body weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This causes greater chassis twisting or body deformation and torsion, which can lead to the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear upper strut brace helps to increase body rigidity around the rear suspension mounting area.
