Ultra Racing rear strut brace for MG TF I

The vehicle body is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This results in significant bending and twisting of the body, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Body bending and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear strut brace helps connect the suspension mounting points and reduce unwanted body movement.
