Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Nissan Micra IV K13

The car body is the part subjected to the greatest stress during dynamic driving. This is mainly caused by the transfer of the body’s weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or sudden acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes considerable chassis flex or deformation and torsional loads on the body, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and flexing during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
