Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Nissan Silvia S15

The vehicle chassis is one of the most heavily loaded parts of the car, as it is affected by the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and sharp acceleration.

When driving through a corner, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This causes considerable chassis flex or body deformation, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flexing when driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

This is where the Ultra Racing rear strut brace comes into its own. It connects the mounting points at the rear of the body and helps increase its rigidity.
