Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Peugeot 508 I

The Ultra Racing rear strut brace increases body stiffness and helps limit twisting during dynamic driving. During fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, the body is subjected to significant loads due to the transfer of the vehicle’s weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more load than the other. This results in greater deformation and body twisting, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Body twisting while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The strut brace helps reduce these effects and contributes to more stable and predictable vehicle handling.
