Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Subaru Impreza III STI GRB

The vehicle body is subjected to heavy loads while driving, mainly due to weight transfer during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When driving through corners, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other. This causes the body to bend and twist, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Body flex and twisting during cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The rear strut brace helps increase body stiffness around the mounting area and improve vehicle responsiveness.
